This is a 5 day Low Calorie Fast using a diet of approximately 850 calories a day.
One could do it from Monday to Friday emulating the working week, making it a fasting week, as it is a task in itself.
It takes determination and concentration to do this.
Ideally get someone to join you on it.

The approach is to do 5 days of a low calorie fast using foods from a limited range of items
So starting on a Monday each day consume 850 calories or less.
Here is a list of items you can work from and their Calorie equivalents, you do the maths each day to total 850 calories.
- Coconut Water 350 ml maximum twice in the day.Each 350ml of Coconut Water = 60 calories
- Herbal Tea any is fine as long as there is no caffeine
- Sparkling Water with slices of Lime/Lemon or Orange to Flavour 1 Litre a day, this helps with hunger cravings.
- 1 egg = 100 Calories, can be fried, boiled or scrambled
- Miso Soup 1 sachet = 60 Calories
- One Cup of Pineapple Juice = 130 calories
- White Fish 100grammes = 150 Calories
- One Medium sized potato = 120 calories
- Brown Rice 100 grames = 110 Calories
- One Apple = 100 Calories
- Teaspoon of Olive Oil for frying = 40 calories
- 1/2 Avocado = 150 calories
- Salt and Pepper for taste
Breakfast - 1 egg and 1 cup of pineapple Juice = 230 cal
Mid morning - 300ml Coconut water = 60 cal
Lunch - 2 miso soup = 120 cal
Afternoon 300 ml coconut water = 60 cal
Dinner - White Fish 100grammes = 150 cal + One potato = 120 cal
Repeat this daily in different formats and mixtures to average 850 calories daily for 5 days running.Its important to get at least 2 litres of fluid thought the day.

The number of items on the list are limited for a reason.
With this dietary intervention you should achieve a number of changes.
You will become ketotic in 24 hrs, this is a normal adaptive metabolic mechanism that kicks in when your calorie intake is less than your calorie outgoings. ( Ketosis level can be shown on a simple urine stick bought on Amazon if you are interested.)This is a perfectly normal metabolic state that is achieved as you break down fats to release energy.
You may lose some weight over the days and the absorptive lining of your small intestines should become less inflamed.This may have a knock on effect of increasing your sense of energy and concentration.
By doing this perhaps 2 or 3 times a year I believe one can decrease ones Senescent Load and that may a have long term health benefits. At least this is what we are seeing in animal studies.
