Finally a blockbuster on Fasting.... tuck into this...lots of science and no calories. This is a vast topic and I think this documentary has touched on important areas and done it well.
In the science/medical research world Fasting is finally getting the deserved attention. This is an amazing, simple, ancient tool when used in a mature fashion, always check with your healthcare professional before embarking on any fast. (Definitely avoid fasting if you have a history of an eating disorder.)
I am a proponent of low calorie fasting for 7 days every 6 months. This works for me.I personally have done this over the last 5 years. Its a question of finding out what works for you to improve and maintain wellness.
